Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting ward clerks for the Surgical Emergency Unit (SEU). You will be part of a friendly administration team supporting front-line doctors, nurses and allied health professionals.

You will work day and night shifts, handle patient data in the EPR, maintain records with confidentiality, and deliver excellent customer care. A supervised training period accompanies joining, with commitment to staff development.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer care to patients attending the hospital.
• Accurately record and input data into the Trust's EPR system in a timely manner.
• File departmental records containing sensitive patient information while maintaining patient confidentiality.
