Qualifications
Essential
  • Good knowledge and experience of PC based applications i.e. Microsoft Office
  • Achievement of National Care Certificate (willingness to complete)
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills dealing with enquiries in person and by telephone
  • To work flexibly as a member of a team and be willing to offer support to colleagues
  • To deal effectively with people at all levels from a broad range of organisations
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines, prioritising and organising your workload where appropriate
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply data protection principles
Desirable
  • Keyboard skills
  • Previous experience of working in a hospital/clinic setting
