We have an exciting opportunity for a Ward Clerk to join London Bridge Hospital. You will provide a reception/administrative service to support the Orthopaedic ward to deliver a high quality service to clients.

What you'll do:
Meet and greet patients, visitors, consultants and staff and deal with their enquiries in accordance with world class standards
Answer telephone enquiries, referring where appropriate
To make bookings for consultant appointments and clinical investigations
To register patients and enter charges on to computer system
Support and on some occasions work on other units as indicated in the absence of ward clerks
Administrative support to Unit Manager and Sisters
Take minutes, prepare minutes and agenda for Meetings
What you'll bring:
Previous admin experience within a healthcare setting
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
