Making Space Charity in Manchester's Morris Court is recruiting a Waking Nights Support Worker to provide person-centred care in a 24/7 Supported Living Service. This role involves helping tenants live independently, including personal care, medication administration, check-in visits and light domestic tasks.

Shifts are nights, 36 hours per week, with on-the-job training and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience or specific qualifications required.
• On joining Making Space you will receive on-the-job training and the option to pursue professional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to enable tenants to live independently in their own properties.
• Assist with personal care and administration of medications.
• Carry out check-in visits and assist with domestic tasks to promote independence.
