Job summary

Salutem Care & Education in Urmston, Manchester, is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to provide high-quality, enabling care during 12-hour night shifts from 20:00 to 08:00. You will assist with personal care, medication support, moving and handling, PEG support, and support individuals with learning disabilities and complex care needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement person-centered support plans and promote independence.
• Develop engaging activity plans to support wellbeing and growth.
• Support health needs and manage medications as required.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records and ensure effective communication.
• Assist with moving and handling and PEG support as needed.
• Ensure a safe, clean living environment and adherence to safety protocols.
