Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Ability to work well in a team and stay positive in challenging days

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life
• Keep service users safe and safeguard welfare
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, personal care, and healthcare tasks
• Be an informal point of contact for families and social workers
• Accurately report issues related to care and wellbeing
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and wellbeing for others
