Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting Specialist Support Workers for waking nights across our Supported Living services, helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live as independently as possible.

We offer development pathways, from e-learning to tailored development plans, and celebrate staff with awards and a £500 refer-a-friend bonus. Night shifts may change based on service needs and sponsorship for this role is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months care experience.
• Values-based recruitment approach.
• Ability to stay positive on challenging days.
• Team player with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and care plans.
• Keep service users safe and safeguard their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medications, home tasks, personal care and healthcare support.
• Act as an informal contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report and record issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
