Job summary

Potens Group is pleased to offer a Waking Nights Support Worker role at Heathfield Gardens in Tibshelf, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You will join a dedicated team, delivering night-time care and emotional support.

The position is 30 hours per week, waking nights 9 pm–7 am, with weekend rota. Salary is £13.50 per hour; a contributory pension and development opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Provide active support to residents with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
• Demonstrate compassion, empathy and a positive attitude in daily care.
• Willingness to participate in activities and encourage resident engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide waking night support to residents from 9 pm to 7 am.
• Encourage residents to feel settled, safe and supported emotionally.
• Participate in rota-based weekend work and activities chosen by residents.
• Support the team to maintain a respectful, therapeutic environment.
