Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker to assist residents with complex needs at The Grove in Kidderminster. You will provide overnight care, support daily living, medication administration, and health care assistance within a calm, person-centred environment.

The role offers 35 hours per week at £14.05–£14.75 per hour with enhanced DBS paid, staff benefits, and progression through QCF qualifications.

Qualifications

  • Experience in health and social care is preferred.
  • Willingness to undergo DBS check and training.
  • Ability to support individuals with complex needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support and routine for residents.
  • Encourage independence and personal development.
  • Support personal care and daily living activities.
  • Assist with health care needs and medication administration.
  • Teach life skills such as budgeting, bills, and shopping.
  • Assist with domestic tasks including cooking and cleaning.
  • Offer guidance and emotional support to residents.

JOB ROLE: Wake Night Support Worker

LOCATION: Kidderminster (DY11)

HOURS: 35 hours per week

SALARY: £14.05 - £14.75* per hour

SHIFTS: 9:00PM - 8:30AM

As a Wake Night Support Worker, You Will Be Involved In The Day To Day Support And Routine Of The People Within The Service Including

  • Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
  • Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
  • Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
  • Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
  • Assisting with personal care as required.
  • Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
  • Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
