Care in Mind is recruiting a Waking Night Healthcare Support Worker in Leeds (Moortown). You will drive a service car, work nights including weekends, and complete documentation and care records while supporting young people with mental health needs.

Role requires basic IT, good written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage incidents calmly. Training is provided; extensive DBS checks and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to cover night shifts, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Update online care records and complete medication administration, with effective handovers to day staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and support daily living tasks.
• Support young people with wellbeing, education and life skills, including incident de-escalation.
