Care In Mind is recruiting a Mental Health Waking Night Support Worker (Young People) for Ramsbottom, Bury. You must be a driver with a full UK manual licence, willing to drive the service car unsupervised.

The role is part-time, 22 hours per week, with a salary of £28,808.78 to £29,709.68 per year, pro rata for part-time hours. Benefits include excellent training, DBS check, and staff development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work night shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence is required.
• Willingness to attend training on weekdays.
• Good written skills and ability to write basic reports and record information accurately.
• Basic IT skills and ability to use emails and a care system.
• Good verbal communication and listening skills.
• Maintain professional working boundaries.
• Ability to stay calm in emergencies.
