You will provide personal care, manage records, and support independent living while following care plans and safeguarding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience within the care sector.
• Full UK driving licence required to access community.
• Willingness to work weekend sleep-ins.
• Able to work every other weekends.
• Good at communicating with people.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene (if required).
• Medication administration (if required).
• Prepare and cook meals.
• Attend medical appointments.
• Support social activities.
• Encourage independent skills.
• Assist with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
• Keep accurate records and update care plans as required.
• Keep training up to date.
