Advance Housing & Support Ltd. in Gosport is hiring a dedicated Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs live the lives they choose. You will work 37.5 hours per week across days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, with travel required in the local community.

The role requires a full UK driving license, clear DBS checks and a commitment to quality care plans. You don't need prior care experience, but compassion, reliability and excellent

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years experience within the care sector.
• Good at working on your own and within a team.
• Excellent at communicating with people.
• Able to complete quality support records.
• Able to work every other weekends.
• Able to work sleep ins.
• Follow a Support Plan and Risk Assessments and maintain customer records.
• Need to be literate and numerate in English.
• Willingness and ability to achieve the Care Certificate.

Aufgaben

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required).
• Medication administration (if required).
• Support with preparing and cooking meals.
• Support with attending medical appointments.
• Support with social activities.
• Support with independent skills.
• Support with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.

• Keeping up to date with training.
