Advance is seeking a Female Waking Nights Support Worker in Sarisbury Green, Southampton to help people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs live the lives they choose. The role is 18 contracted hours per week, nights, with weekends and holidays.

You don’t need prior care experience; what matters is your values, compassion and ability to follow care plans. Flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, sector training and enhanced support are among the benefits.

Qualifikationen

• No prior care experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Literate and numerate in English.
• Willingness to complete the Care Certificate.

Aufgaben

• Assist with personal care and hygiene (if required).
• Ensure the premises are secure and safe during the night.
• Support with meals and food preparation (if required).
• Administer medication (if required).
• Support with independent living skills.
• Keep accurate records and update care plans.
• Keep training up to date.
• Monitor customer safety with regular checks.
• Assist with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
