Job summary

Discovery is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to provide compassionate overnight care at Grove Court, Shepton Mallet. The role involves lone-working responsibilities, helping with bedtime routines, monitoring wellbeing, and maintaining a calm night environment in the client’s home.

You will work 10pm–7am, ensuring safety and dignity, and you’ll record updates to the care plan while supporting routines and gentle reassurance throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated overnight support and personal care during 10pm–7am shifts.
