Job summary
Dimensions Somerset Sev Limited is seeking a female Waking Night Support Worker for a part-time, night shift in Shepton Mallet. Qualifications
- Compassionate and patient care approach for overnight support.
- Reliable with ability to work alone in a lone-working role.
- Comfortable using technology to keep accurate records and follow care plans.
- Ability to provide personal care with empathy and respect.
- Willingness to adapt to complex routines and schedule changes.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated overnight support to the client in her home.
- Assist with bedtime and morning routines and monitor wellbeing.
- Support with continence care and personal care when required.
- Maintain established routines to help the client feel secure and rested.
- Complete household tasks and update records as needed.
- Provide reassurance if she wakes at night and help her settle.
- Communicate with care team to ensure safe, calm nights.
