Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker for our Highview service in Cornwall. You will provide person-centred support to adults, promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in line with care plans and PBS strategies.

We offer flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and 30 hours per week. You will work with a dedicated night team to help individuals live their best lives while maintaining safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support role with adults is desirable.
• Ability to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Flexibility to work nights and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals in line with care plans.
• Promote independence and participation in activities.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and monitoring needs.
• Administer and manage medications safely per policies.
• Follow PBS strategies and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teams and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
