Salutem Care and Education in Torquay is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker for a 22:00–08:00 shift with weekend rolling rota. You will provide person-centred support in a 5-bed residential setting for adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities, helping them live their best lives and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals, promoting independence, choice and wellbeing.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, continence care and use of specialist equipment.
• Support health and wellbeing by monitoring needs and maintaining accurate records.
• Administer and manage medication safely in line with policies and training.
• Follow PBS strategies and support individuals during distress, promoting least restrictive practices.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment and complete daily notes.
