Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for our Torquay residential home. The role involves delivering person-centred support across nights and weekends, helping residents with daily living, mood, sleep routines, and safety.

The position offers flexible shifts including evenings, nights, and sleep-ins to ensure 24/7 care. You will work as part of a supportive team, following care plans, PBS strategies, and safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable individual with a caring approach.
• Experience or ability to work sleep-ins and night shifts in a care setting.
• Ability to follow care plans, PBS strategies, and safeguarding guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to adults, promoting independence and wellbeing.
• Deliver tailored support for physical, emotional, social and mental health needs.
• Administer and manage medication safely and assist with daily tasks.
