Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Wake Night Support Worker at our Wareham service. You’ll provide person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities, helping with daily routines, and supporting independence in the community.

A calm, patient approach and full UK driving licence are essential. You’ll work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for funded training up to QCF Level 5 and career development.

• Calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust.
• Experience required.
• Team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Wareham service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, you’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
