Job summary

Agincare Bromley is seeking Wake Night Support Workers to help individuals with learning disabilities thrive and live as independently as possible. You will support personal care, daily routines, and meaningful activities, building trust and connections.

Join a values-led team with full training, a pension, and opportunities to progress up to QCF Level 5. A Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Experience required.
• A Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Bromley service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
