Job summary

Fir Tree Lodge is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to help adults with complex care needs live more independent lives. You’ll support daily routines, manage bedtime and night-time care, and build trusting relationships with residents.

This hands-on role requires a full UK manual driving licence, good spoken and written English, and the right to work in the UK. You’ll benefit from guaranteed hours, paid training, career development, a supportive team, and access to pay-on-demand.

Salary: £13.20 per hour (£26,083.20 per annum) plus benefits.

Hours: 38 hours per week guaranteed – stability you can count on

Driving Licence: Manual UK licence essential
