Job summary

SeeAbility is hiring a Waking Night Support Worker in Tadley, Hampshire. The role is 40 hours per week, guaranteed, with a pay rate of £13.20 per hour (£27,456 per annum) plus benefits. Driving licence is essential; visa sponsorship is not available. Heather House supports sixteen young adults with complex needs in a warm, active setting.

You’ll provide overnight care, plan routines, build relationships, and maintain accurate support notes to help residents live fuller, more independent lives.
