Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join Fir Tree Lodge in Tadley, Hampshire. You will support adults with complex care needs, ensuring daily routines are safe, respectful and person-centred.

You'll work as part of a caring team, deliver practical support, build trusted relationships, and contribute to planning activities that promote independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Willingness to undertake Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines from morning to bedtime.
• Plan and enable person-centred activities.
• Build trusted, respectful relationships to support wellbeing.
• Keep clear and accurate records.
• Work closely with colleagues and professionals.

Senior Support Worker - Make Every Day Matter!

Location: Tadley, Hampshire

Salary: £14.52 per hour, (£28,314 per annum) plus benefits

Hours: 37.5hrs per week - on a shift rota basis, including some weekend shifts

Driving Licence: Manual UK licence / alternative transport required (due to local bus availability)

AQCF in Health and Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health and Social Care, and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living, is required.
