SeeAbility is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join Fir Tree Lodge in Tadley, Hampshire. You will support adults with complex care needs, ensuring daily routines are safe, respectful and person-centred.
You'll work as part of a caring team, deliver practical support, build trusted relationships, and contribute to planning activities that promote independence and wellbeing.
Location: Tadley, Hampshire
Salary: £14.52 per hour, (£28,314 per annum) plus benefits
Hours: 37.5hrs per week - on a shift rota basis, including some weekend shifts
Driving Licence: Manual UK licence / alternative transport required (due to local bus availability)

This is a physical, hands-on role, and to succeed you'll have:
AQCF in Health and Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health and Social Care, and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living, is required.
