Job summary

We are recruiting a Support Worker for Denecroft in Guildford to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and sight loss. You will help with daily routines, activities, and building meaningful relationships in a warm community setting.

Training is provided, with guaranteed hours and access to pay technology. The role requires a UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK; swimming training may be part of onboarding.

• Salary: £13.09 per hour (£25,525.50 per annum) plus benefits.
• Hours: 37.5 hours guaranteed - stability you can count on
• Driving Licence: Manual UK licence essential
• Visa Sponsorship is not available: Applicants must already be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
