Job summary

SeeAbility is hiring a Support Worker to join our Shippon-based team. You will assist residents with daily routines, plan engaging activities, and foster trusted relationships to enhance wellbeing. A full UK manual driving licence and the right to work in the UK are essential.

Job description

Support Worker- Make Every Day Matter!

Location: Shippon, Oxfordshire

Salary: £13.69 per hour (£26,695 per annum) plus benefits: paid induction; a paid sleep-in shift of £50, overtime paid over 37.5 contracted hours

Hours: 7.00 am – 3.00 pm, 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis. Please note, the shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent or Part-time (Weekend only) - Stability you can count on

Driving Licence: A valid driving license is required (Manual, UK)

Visa Sponsorship in not available: Applicants must already be authorised to work in the United Kingdom; SeeAbility is not able to provide new work authorisation.

Who you will be Supporting?

James* lives in a single occupancy home which is purposely adapted to meet his complex needs. He loves going out to buy things, walks, drives and sightseeing at the local lakes.
