Job summary

Agincare is hiring for a Support Worker at our Trowbridge service. You will provide person-centred support and personal care to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them live more independently and engaging them in meaningful activities within the community.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a positive, patient approach, and eligibility to work in the UK. A genuine occupational requirement limits this post to female applicants.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a calm, patient and caring approach.
• Willingness to learn and build trust with individuals receiving care.
• Experience in care or support roles is advantageous.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Must have at least 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK.

Job description

You'll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Trowbridge service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You'll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, You'll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most. Your role:

• Provide person-centred support and personal care

• Experience required
