Job summary

Aspris is recruiting for a Waking Nights Support Worker at Rocester Children's Home. You will be responsible for providing overnight care, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and young people while maintaining accurate records and responding to incidents.

We offer continuous CPD and development opportunities, including automatic enrollment onto NVQ/SVQ qualifications within six months and a clear pathway for progression within a supportive residential team.

Job description

While the world sleeps, as a Waking Nights Support Worker you will be making a real difference! You'll help create a safe, supportive, and caring environment where children and young people can feel secure and settled. Providing overnight care, supervision, and support to children and young people within the home, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and emotional needs are met throughout the night.

You will also be expected to conduct welfare checks, respond to incidents, maintain accurate records, undertake household duties, and contribute to creating a stable, safe, and nurturing environment.
