About the Role:

We are recruiting for Waking Night Support Workers for a new Supported Living Service in Manadon, Plymouth.

If you have experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs, we want to hear from you. You will assist someone in starting a new chapter, helping them engage in the community and explore new opportunities. Your role is both demanding and rewarding, as you support them in achieving their best life, participating in activities they enjoy, and fostering independence.

Having a valid driver’s license is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred care tailored to each individual, supporting their interests and skills.
• Engage actively with the individuals to help maintain their relationships and community connections.
• Complete and maintain Support Plans and other documentation accurately.
• Report any changes in the individuals' needs to the Team Leader/Senior Support Worker.
• Promote and ensure the safety and welfare of those in our care.
• Support individuals in maintaining relationships with family, friends, and others important to them.
