Westcountry Case Management is assisting a young man and his family in recruiting a support worker to join their team on a part-time or full-time basis.
This role involves supporting an energetic young man in his own home, located near the family accommodation. You will work closely with experienced team members and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.
You will be directly employed by the client under his Court Appointed Deputyship.
Full training and supervision will be provided to help you succeed in your role.
Your duties will include care, personal needs, and rehabilitation activities.
The client enjoys social activities like basketball, choir singing, and banger racing, so you'll spend plenty of time out and about.
At home, you'll support skill development and in-house activities.
We are looking for support for part-time to full-time hours, including bank team members. The contract involves daytime shifts with occasional night shifts for holiday and sickness cover.
Payment is made monthly, covering work from the 21st to the 20th of each month.
Weekdays and weekends: 08:00-20:00
Waking night shifts (as required): 22:00-07:00
