Job Summary

We’re hiring a Support Worker in Quintrell Downs. You will join our team supporting three ladies sharing their peaceful home together. Supporting in this small setting, you will work on a one-to-one basis, focusing on the person, their preferences, needs, and outcomes for the day.

The support you provide will be centered around each person, developing daily living skills, accessing the wider community, personal care, and medication needs.

Working in friendly teams, you’ll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support. Visit our website for more information.
