Job summary

Agincare Bromley is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker to help multiple individuals with learning disabilities thrive and live as independently as possible. You will provide personal care, support daily routines, and build trusting relationships to ensure person-centred care.

The role offers full training, ongoing support, and career development opportunities within a values-led team in Bromley. A Full UK driving licence is required and a right to work in the UK with at least 12 months

We’re Looking For

Who You’ll Support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Bromley service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, you’ll ensure their care is truly person‑centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
