Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Wake Night Support Worker for our Wareham service. You will provide person-centred support and personal care, helping individuals to live independently and safely in the community.

The role involves enabling activities, supporting communication, and following care plans to ensure wellbeing. You will work with a caring, patient team and have access to full training, funded progression, and a pension.

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Wareham service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.

Your role:
