Qualifications

• Experience in residential childcare is desirable.
• Experience with learning disabilities or mental health support for adults & children is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Remain awake and vigilant throughout night shifts to safeguard young people.
• Undertake domestic duties (cooking, cleaning) as handed over by the Team Leader.
• Maintain a shift log and prepare a clear handover for morning staff.
• Provide personal care as guided by the care plan.
• Ensure building security during your shift.
• Participate in training and complete diploma per Children’s Home Regulations 2015, if applicable.
