Job summary

Lifeways Southampton is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people with autism, learning disabilities and complex health needs live with independence and dignity. You’ll provide personal care, meal prep, medication support, and build trusting relationships within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is preferred.
• Strong communication with empathy and active listening.
• Able to work effectively within a team and adapt to shift patterns.
