Carden Park Hotel Golf Resort & Spa is seeking an Elements Food and Beverage Assistant to join our luxury spa restaurant team. The role offers 40 hours per week, covering days, evenings and weekends.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service and demonstrating thorough knowledge of menus and spa offerings. We value a passionate, friendly team player with a keen interest in food and drink, committed to high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.

Role: Elements Food and Beverage Assistant

Hours: 40 hours per week, days, evenings weekends

Hourly Rate: Up to £12.71 per hour plus extensive benefits

Our luxury Spa at Carden are looking for passionate team members to join their Food and Beverage team, working in the Elements restaurant. We have a variety of shifts available that would suit those looking for a full time role. If you’re passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a love for food and drink, then we would love to meet you!

Your day with Team Carden:

• Providing guests with exceptional and personable guest service
• Have thorough knowledge of our menus, with the ability to provide guest’s with information required whilst taking food and drink orders
• Be fully conversant with the Spa’s offering in all departments
• Offer a ‘discreet Front of House’ presence to support guests during their use of the spa

About you:

• Passionate about delivering exceptional, personable customer service
• Friendly, approachable and confident with guests
• Genuine interest in food and drink, with a willingness to learn
• Professional, attentive and committed to high standards
• Positive team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
