Carden Park Hotel in Chester is seeking a Spa Duty Manager to lead our luxury 5* spa team and ensure world-class guest service. The role requires strong leadership, spa operations knowledge and a passion for exceptional guest care to maintain our high standards.

You will manage guest feedback, supervise shifts, and drive spa sales while upholding brand quality. The position offers full-time hours with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming, hosting and engaging with guests to deliver outstanding service during their stay.

• Ensuring all spa areas are immaculate, well-presented and fully operational at all times.
• Supervising, motivating and organising the team effectively during shifts.
• Driving sales opportunities and promoting spa services and retail offerings.

Position: Spa Duty Manager

Salary: dependant on experience up to £29,000 per annum plus service charge plus extensive benefits

Contract: Enjoy a full time role of 40 hours per week, working a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and the drive for delivering world class guest service as Spa Duty Manager. • Welcoming, hosting, and engaging with guests to deliver outstanding service during their stay

About You

• Previous experience in a spa supervisory or management role

• Confident in handling guest queries and complaints with professionalism and care
• Solid knowledge and understanding of spa operations and the wider spa industry

Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods
