Job summary

Carden Park Hotel is seeking a qualified Level 3 Beauty Therapist to join our luxury 5-star Spa team in Chester. You will deliver a wide range of treatments to guests with professionalism, ensuring timely, high-standard service in a pristine treatment room.

We value meticulous attention to detail, team spirit and a passion for excellent customer care. Prior spa experience is desirable, and opportunities for ongoing brand training and progression are available within our award-winning spa.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification required.
• Previous spa experience desirable.
• Capable of providing a range of spa treatments to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of spa treatments to members or guests in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
• Carry out treatments with care and high standards.
• Keep treatment room exceptionally clean and welcoming.
• Carefully manage stock usage and minimise wastage.
• Have a theoretical understanding of anatomy and physiology, treatment styles and brand awareness.
• Be a team player contributing to the spa’s high service levels.

• Provide a range of treatments to our members or guests ensuring they are met in a professional, timely and efficient manner
• Carry out treatments with care and thoughtfulness and to high standards
• Keep your treatment room exceptionally clean and welcoming to guests using the standard room layout
• To carefully manage stock usage and minimise wastage
• You will have a theoretical understanding of anatomy and physiology, treatment styles and brand awareness.
• You will be a team player, with a mutual interest in ensuring the Spa thrives and maintains the incredibly high levels of service., Providing world class service is at the heart of everything we do. You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and trained to a minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification. You will have meticulous attention to detail, be smart in your appearance and love working within a team. Previous experience in a luxury Spa environment is desirable, as is working with multiple Product Houses. This is a truly wonderful opportunity to work in one of the leading Spa's in the country, with a team who want to provide a memorable experience to our Spa guests.
