Carden Park Hotel Golf Resort & Spa in the United Kingdom is seeking a Spa Duty Manager to lead guest experiences in the luxury spa. The role requires a proven spa supervisory background, strong leadership, and a passion for exceptional service throughout shifts including days and weekends.

As Spa Duty Manager you will ensure immaculate spa areas, manage guest feedback, drive spa sales, and supervise the team to maintain high standards of performance.

• Driving sales opportunities and promoting spa services and retail offerings.

Position: Spa Duty Manager

Salary: dependant on experience up to £29,000 per annum plus service charge plus extensive benefits

Contract: Enjoy a full time role of 40 hours per week, working a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Carden Park Hotel has an exciting opportunity to join their team in their luxury award winning 5* Spa. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and the drive for delivering world class guest service as Spa Duty Manager. Your day with Team Carden:

As Spa Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional and memorable experience. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming, hosting, and engaging with guests to deliver outstanding service during their stay
