Job summary

Din Tai Fung UK is seeking friendly Waiters/Waitresses to join our Centre Point team. You will deliver outstanding service, guide guests through the menu, take orders, serve food and drinks, and process transactions while keeping the dining area welcoming and tidy.

Candidate should enjoy a fast-paced environment, demonstrate superb customer service, and be flexible to a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organised during busy service.

What You'll Do

As a Waiter/Waitress, Server you'll deliver exceptional service from start to finish, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. You'll guide guests through the menu, take orders accurately, serve food and drinks efficiently, process payments, and help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming restaurant.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have experience as a Waiter/Waitress, Server, or in a similar front-of-house role (preferred but not essential).
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting colleagues during busy service.
• Stay calm, organised, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering outstanding service.
• Are eager to learn and build a career in hospitality.
• Are flexible to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with some shifts finishing at 11:30 PM.
