Din Tai Fung UK is hiring a Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Centre Point in London. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences from start to finish, guide guests through the menu, take accurate orders, and serve food and drinks with efficiency.

You will process payments and help maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant while supporting colleagues during busy service. The role offers competitive pay (£18–£20 per hour incl.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Waiter/Waitress, Server, or in a similar front-of-house role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Stay calm, organised, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering outstanding service.
• Eager to learn and build a career in hospitality.
• Flexible to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with some shifts finishing at 11:30 PM.
