Din Tai Fung UK is hiring a Bartender in Central London to support our busy bar team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will prepare a variety of drinks, maintain a clean and well-stocked bar, and work closely with colleagues to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications

Job Description

As a Bartender at Din Tai Fung UK, you will be responsible for supporting our bar team and ensuring smooth service. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard
• Maintain a clean, organised bar area, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for service
• Provide excellent customer service, building rapport with guests and delivering a top-tier drinking experience
• Follow drink recipes and ensure consistency in drink preparation
• Assist in training new staff and work closely with the team to keep the bar running smoothly

Who You Are

We're looking for a Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Bartender, Barista, Barback or front-of-house role in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
• A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a passion for mixology, creating unique drinks and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• The ability to stay calm, composed, and adaptable under pressure, while maintaining efficient service and ensuring smooth operations in a busy and high-energy setting
• A keen interest in building a career in hospitality, with a strong passion for learning and developing your skills
• Flexible availability to work full time, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with shifts that may run as late as 11:30 PM

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: Hourly rates start at £18 (including troncs), rising to £19~£20 once qualified
• Working Week: 5 days per week on a rota basis throughout Monday to Sunday; night shifts may run as late as 11:30 PM
• Contracted Hours: Full time for 40~48 hours per week & part time for 20 hours per week
• Location: Hiring for Central London (Covent Garden, Centre Point, Selfridges and Canary Wharf)
