Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Waiter or Waitress to join the Coopers Cut team. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences with warmth, knowledge of menus and beverages, and attentive service to hotel guests and local visitors.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, a rotating schedule across lunch and dinner, staff meals on duty, a generous service charge, extensive training, and career progression within the Four Seasons luxury portfolio.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waiter or similar role in a quality restaurant environment.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Positive attitude and team-focused approach; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menus, wines, beverages, and seasonal specials.
• Take food and beverage orders confidently and accurately.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, delivering an elevated yet approachable style of hospitality in a contemporary setting.

The role

As a Waiter or Waitress, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional dining experiences throughout every stage of the guest journey.

Working closely with the restaurant leadership team, you will provide warm, engaging, and personalised service while developing strong product knowledge and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
