Job description

The Role

The Restaurant is set within our Audley Retirement village, which features its own health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar, and luxury suites. Audley villages consist of owners who reside on-site in their private homes, as well as external customers. We offer everything from simple to fine cuisine, beautiful settings in heritage buildings, and the very best staff. As a growing luxury brand, we are committed to investing in our people’s training and development, making this a great opportunity to build your skills, take on diverse roles, and advance your hospitality career quickly.

The Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality service and experience to Audley Owners and External Customers.
  • Welcoming guests warmly and ensuring seamless service.
  • Taking reservations, seating guests, advising on the menu, serving afternoon tea, and promoting the village and our luxury spa.
  • Sharing a friendly interaction with regular guests.
  • Assisting in servicing guest suites and handling owner inquiries.
  • Monitoring stock levels, setting up for special events, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the venue.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous hospitality experience and cash handling skills are preferred.
  • Prides themselves on attention to detail and quality.
  • Possesses a proactive, organised approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven by high standards and sales opportunities.
  • Eager to learn and develop professionally.
  • Flexible and hands-on attitude towards duties and shifts.
