Job summary

Malmaison Aberdeen is seeking a Waiter/Waitress (Brand) to join our team. You will be the face of the restaurant, helping control the flow of guests and coordinating with the Kitchen and management to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexible shifts and opportunities for career training. prior experience is helpful, but a passion for great customer service and a willingness to learn are essential for success.

• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Strong communication with kitchen and management is valued.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the restaurant and help control guest flow.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great

if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
