Job summary

Malmaison Edinburgh is seeking a dedicated Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to ensure high standards of service and guest experience. You'll be the face of the restaurant and bar, controlling the flow and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

With a focus on internal development, Malmaison offers recognized apprenticeships and progression opportunities. Shifts are flexible, with the ability to work various hours throughout the week.

Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Malmaison Edinburgh in LeithRate / Hours: £13.10 per hour basic pay + TRONC service charge, 40 HoursType of Contract: permanent full time, morning and evening shiftsFree staff parking available

You will already have experience in working within a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career, you will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
