Job summary

Malmaison Newcastle is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to be the face of the restaurant, ensuring smooth dining experiences by communicating with the Kitchen and restaurant management. This is a permanent position offering £12.70 per hour for 16 hours per week, with flexible shifts discussed at interview.

We welcome applicants with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn. The role includes apprenticeship options and brand training to support development within the Malmaison team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Passion for great customer service and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
