Job summary

Malmaison Dundee is seeking a Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to lead the dining experience and guest service in our hotel restaurant and bar. You will collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction, while representing the brand with pride.

The role offers a permanent contract with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, and opportunities for career progression through our apprenticeship programs and brand training.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy restaurant and/or bar.
• Face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel.
• Excellent guest service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the restaurant and bar and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with Kitchen and management to coordinate dining flow.
• Support shift patterns and keep flexibility for busier periods.

Bar & Restaurant Supervisor

Rate of pay / hours: £13.10ph / 24 hours

Type of Contract: Permanent position

You will already have experience in working within a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career, you will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
