Job summary

Malmaison Aberdeen is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to lead our busy hotel bar and dining operations. Rate £13.28 per hour, 40 hours per week, permanent contract, on-site at Aberdeen.

You will be the face of the restaurant and bar, coordinating with the kitchen and management to ensure a seamless, high-standard guest experience. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential, with opportunities for career development within Malmaison.
