Job summary

Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a friendly Waiter/Waitress to greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with energy and pride in service. You’ll be the face of the restaurant, creating a warm, personalised experience that encourages guests to return.

Be part of a busy team, work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, polished service, maintain hygiene standards, and handle guest requests with a smile.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a restaurant server, waiter/waitress, or hospitality team member.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and service standards.
• Right to work in the UK and fluency in English.
• Guest-first mindset and desire to be part of a supportive, upbeat team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drink with confidence and flair, always with a genuine smile.
• Recommend menu items, accommodate special requests, and anticipate guest needs to create a personalised and seamless experience.
• Keep your section clean, stocked, and ready for service, supporting with opening/closing tasks and helping team members as needed.
• Stay in sync with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver timely, accurate, and polished service.
• Follow hygiene and safety procedures to keep the restaurant clean and compliant at all times.
